Reykjavík - Golden Circle - Reykjavík
Travel the Golden Circle to see Iceland's most iconic natural wonders, including the Mid-Atlantic Ridge in Thingvellir National Park, where you can walk between two continents. Visit a geothermal bakery to see how Icelanders use natural steam to cook food underground, and taste the delicious, slow-cooked “lava bread.” Continue along the Golden Circle and take in the beauty of the Gullfoss (Golden Falls) double-cascade waterfall before visiting the explosive Strokkur fountain geyser. Return to Reykjavík for an evening at leisure.

Reykjavík - Húsafell - Langjökull Glacier - Borgarnes
This morning, travel inland to Húsafell to view its misty waterfalls cascading over ancient lava rocks. Experience an Impact Moment during a visit to an Icelandic goat farm, where you’ll learn how local farmer Jóhanna helped revive this historic breed, dating back to Iceland’s earliest settlers. Enjoy a simple meal of homemade specialties before continuing onward. Then, bundle up for an adventurous ascent of Langjökull glacier via mountain truck. Go “Into the Glacier” to explore the shimmering blue ice inside the world’s largest man-made ice tunnel. End the day in Borgarnes, your home for the next 2 nights.

Borgarnes - Snæfellsnes Peninsula - Borgarnes
Journey to the stunning Snæfellsnes Peninsula with its camera-ready black sand beaches, mountain peaks, volcanic craters, rocky coastlines, and tiny fishing villages. Enjoy free time for lunch in Arnarstapi, a beautiful, small fishing village at the foot of Mt. Stapafell, framed by columnar basalt and striking sea cliffs. En route, stop at one of Iceland's most historic waterfalls, Goðafoss, where legend says Iceland converted to Christianity in AD 1000. End your day in Húsavík, one of the first settlements on the island.

This morning, take in the otherworldly landscapes surrounding Lake Mývatn, including the Hverir geothermal area, where bubbling mud pools resemble Martian terrain. Join your Tour Manager for a hike through Dimmuborgir, where fantastical lava formations and mystical caves inspire Icelandic legends.
